Toda clutch kit problem

Toda clutch kit problem
I switched from stock to Toda clutch kit and when I release the pedal for the first part clutch doesn't engage and start to grab only in the last top 2 inch part.
So I have half stroke of the pedal that is useless and believe me is very annoying.
Is there anyone that could tell how to solve the problem ?

DO NOT PUT THE CLUTCH IN ALL THE WAY WITH THE CAR RUNNING! ADJUST IT ASAP! if you push the clutch in all the way, the pressure plate fingers will rub the disc. it's a good clutch, but you have to adjust this....
