There is such a thing as CF fendors, but you will only save about 3-4 lbs between the 2 fendors. A company had them test fit on my car. They fit pretty well, just look a bit funny if they are not painted. And at $600 a pop, not worth it. Helps prevent door dings though.

my car weighs 1075 kg , with full tank of fuel , rollcage . In the car I only have one RECARO FIA approved racing seat , and 5-point seatbelts , all the rest has been removed!

There is a great thread going on about this that is numerous pages long. I recently posted one up as well, https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=677091
all you need is a sawzall. remove the fenders, roof, hood, hatch, doors, qtr panels, all plastics, bumpers, interior (use a lightweight milkcrate for the seat), remove any unneeded wiring and everything else (no taillights, headlights, etc are really needed on a drag car). Also, remote controled servos and such are lighter than you, so setup the car to run via remote control.
you should be able to get a light chassis and motor setup when you are done. also remember, with a parachute, brakes are not really needed.

what's so wrong with stripping an ITR? not all of them are used as commuter transportation..

i just think its wrong to do it to a R that isnt a trailer queen or strictly for track use only. if you drive it on the street, leave the interior...jm2c

and that's why i ask, what's wrong with doing that?
