for the 15g turbo, I want to use -10 AN SS braided hose with 45 deg hose end, connected to a -10 AN (M-M) union connected to the oil pan. My question is, would the -10 AN hose fit over the return flange fron the turbo so that i can clamp it down? If not, can i go bigger, -12AN and would that fit over the return flange off the turbo?

 

you'll have to go with -12AN to clamp it over the existing drain flange. I do sell a kit with a threaded drain flange so you can have it a compelte -10AN plumbing system
