They aren't too bad but the car is gonna be slammed now. I have only used regular Sprints...

I had Sprint Extremes. they slam the car LOW! lol but i liked them. Not too bumpy, the spring rates are really soft so its not really bouncy. you WILL need a camber kit though, youll eat through tires like nothing.

My car with the Sprints , before i got some coilovers...

I got rid of them for coilovers though because I still liked the idea of adjustable ride height, but I still love the Sprint Extremes.

NO SPRINTS !!! .. before i started my 91 hatch i had a brand new 99 hatch. i loved that car. this was back in 98. but anyways i was on jammex and my bro wanted em so i put on some sprint's and wouldent you know it .. 2 weeks later i was driving this windy road"not even really pushin it hard" and the car started bouncin on a turn and the back tires slid out and i rolled the car. the tires were brand new 15inch falkens. i blame it on the springs. im sure it was mostly my lack of inexperince but if the car was stiffer it might not have happened.

Ive taken my Sprints up to the canyons WITH blown shocks and cheap DORAL tires n still did pretty well. IMO they are really good springs, for lowering! They CAN be used or some spirited driving, but if youre into spirited driving, i suggest getting some coilovers like GC's and some struts.

I have some cheap R1 coilovers, but with integra spring rates ( stiffer). Also, i have KYB AGX's in the front, Tokico illuminas in the rear and some Polyurethane upper strut bushings all around. And a cheapy ebay front strut bar. Works excellent Oh yea, also have SPC balljoints

I had them on my hatch matched with Illuminas and a Energy kit......buttaz ride/tight handling.... from me. They are a very underrated spring.
