Not sure if you're talking about add-on parts or something you can do for "free". I've gotten the impression some of those roundy-round classes are restrictive in how you achieve those changes.
But you can buy camber plates for the 1st gen cars from http://www.ground-control.com/ or http://www.opmautosports.com/p....html . Some of the camber plates also have caster adjustments.
Those early cars did have a torsion bar setup instead of springs on the front of the car. You can pull the torsion bars out of the torque tubes (or whatever they're called). Since they are splined, you can put them back in but "rotated" on a different set of splines to lower the car. It is kinda ghetto, but it is cheap and works. Not sure how much will give you "x" amount of drop, you'll have to experiment. But you will gain negative camber from lowering, so that's a no cost way.
Also I think some 1G IT racers get the torsion bars from the wagon (they are thicker). You may want to check out http://www.improvedtouring.com/ a lot of those guys hang out there.
