Does it have a clean title. Will it pass smog?

clean title will not pass smog as is but will pass smog if you hook up the missing smog sensors and run the H22a ecu and will pass state ref also with a few catalytic converters haha which is legal on obd1

sorry going rate in ca is $3000-5000 average for stock car so I think I'm not asking too much. I see people trying to get $8000-$13000 for their b16a swaps

I think I'd only be willing to trade for another hatch or coupe 92-95 or integra 94-95 with no frame damage I think thats a fair trade
