A .1 feather or .1 modify &gt; smooth wouldn't hurt the selection if its that big. Just to keep the edges a little smooth. Just a lil.

But your right, I suggest he just keeps on practicing the pen tool. If its that hard for you, masking can be your friend too.

Pen tool &gt; whatever you used.

And whoever told him to feather his selections...**** off. Seriously. Feathering is what you do when you need to make a project for Computer Graphics in high school and has very little to do with making decent graphics.

Neither of these are ever going to see my desktop. To the creators, I just don't think it's a good idea to paste cars over a black screen...I personally like pictures, or designs better.
