Default What do you use to pinch the brake lines ?

Will be using a c clamp to push the caliper piston back in but car has ABS & I dont want the dirty fluid going to the ABS unit. Is pliers good enough to pinch the lines while i let the fluid out of the bleeder screw ?

Yes, but get a piece of rubber tubing and cut it length ways and use a strip of it around the brake line so you dont damage it with pliers.

use some dikes and a rubber band.

j/k. you can just use some visegrips and a rag wrapped around the line. or buy the tool made for brake lines. i just got a really nice one. all you have to do is squeeze and it holds then when i want to release, i just pull it off.

The correct way is to first open up the bleeder screw. that way while forcing the piston in the old fluid comes out of the bleeder screw. when your done, wait fo all the bubbles to come out fist before closing up the screw. thats how all the techs do it
