Default Ignition wire used by AFC controller. Is there a fuse on it?

I've installed a boxer afc along time ago, well I get a check light on the way home. it gives me map and vtec. I reset the codes and start it up, now I get just the vtec. So I swap vtec solinoids and still get it. Well it just dawned on me to check my controller. since I've never had any problems with it, i completly ignored it. Well its not turning on, I assume because its not getting power. So I grabbed a 12v light and hooked it up to the battery to make sure it worked. Then I hooked it to the ground and red "IG" wire(I assume igninition wire)from the controller. I dont get any light. Its hard for me believe that the ignition wire is out and the car is still running. Which fuse should I check for that wire? Anyone have any ideas?
