ok the guy that wants my headers is telling me that there is no difference and that no gsr header 94-97 has the o2 bung hole on the header and that its on the catylic convertor if thats true then why is the one he wants to trade me(mine) have the o2 bung hole at the downpipe? can anyone show me a pic of the 94-95 and or the 96-97 downpipe with bung a hole? which one comes with a stock bung hole on the downpipe?

My 95 GS-R has the O2 sensor in the CAT. The non-VTEC has the sensor in the back of the A-pipe, just before the cat. The GS-R A-pipe is shorter, the cat is longer, and the sensor ends up being in pretty much the same location under the car.

But that changed a couple years later. Search for A-pipes or cats; there's been some pretty detailed descriptions of what changed & what years fit each other.
