Upgrade Headers/Exhaust
Does anyone have recommendations as to which headers/exhaust to buy for my 2001 Integra GSR?
I installed my AEM CAI yesterday. Time to find a new project for my car.
My Goals: I want the car to breathe better and free up some horsepower at the same time. I DON'T want the car to be loud though. Any suggestions?

If you don't want the car to be loud, get the Apexi World Sport (or WS as it is sometimes called). It is one of the quietest exhausts you can get...
[EDIT]
Dangit Brian, you had to go post that at exactly the same time!

Not sure about the company's history, but http://www.rev-industries.com has the WS for $359.25. Actually I think the owner of the company is on this message board but I don't remember who it is...

if you want 200 whp all motor
I would suggest the DC JDM 4-1 header or the OEM JDM 4-1 header
the DC is a good deal cheaper and almost a copy of the OEM one...
the exhaust can usually be found on http://www.groupbuycenter.com
and to top it off, it is very inexpensive for a cat-back exhaust system
OEM jdm 4-1 about $400
dc jdm 4-1 about $270 CCor 350 for SS
you will need a free flow cat also...about $150

hey guys, i'm also looking for a new exhaust for my 96 SE, i also want something not to loud, but i do want to be able to show it off up around redline, is it loud enough to be recognized, or is it so quiet its almost like stock?

http://www.rollhard.com has the apexi WS exhaust for $350 which is probably cheaper for you since you don't have to pay the 8% sales tax on the group buy.
You might want to consider the Greddy SP, Tanabe G-power and Tanabe Hyper Medallion also.
As for the header, it really does depend on the long term goals. I got a DC 4-1, only cause I wanted a header now, even though my long term goals are about the same as yours. Eventually I'll end up moving to something JDM...
The JDM ITR 4-1 header is a great choice in my opinion. Cheaper then Mugen, Spoon, etc... and far better quality then DC (I used to own a DC header as well). Also, the header has great ground clearance for a 4-1. Nothing worse then bottoming out and jacking up a $1000 header.
For headers I'd say JDM OEM 4-1. Factory quality, great performance and a reasonable price.
As for the cat-back, well, I have a Tanabe G-power Medallion and I love it. It is nice and subdued when you're just putzing along, but has a nice mellow roar when you get on it. Tanabe also makes a very high quality piece, as it is entirely seam welded (not spot welded like some other brands) and the aluminized coating is very tough. The muffler is straight through, and very large, which is why it can be so quiet and still produce good power.
I've had mine for four years now and it's still in great condition.

Since we're on the topic of exhausts, does anyone have a Fireball? Just how loud is this thing? My friend has it on his VW and its tooo loud. Also, is there a silencer available for it?

I really like my Greddy EVO cat back exhaust. It's quiet when you want it to be, and only kinda loud when you floor it. It has a nice sports car tone at wide open throttle, not tin canny. I believe Greddys are usually known for being quieter than other exhausts.
So many responses to my original question, and a lot to consider. I do want power, but I still want my car to be a bit of a "sleeper"
There's a really funny thing about blowing someone's doors off when they think you're just driving a stock 'teg.
Thank you all for your responses!
