Are my coolant lines right?
94 GSR.
The red hose goes from the throttle body to the intake manifold.
The blue one goes from the engine head to the back of the thermostat.
Is this correct or should the end of the throttle body be switched with the end of the thermostat?

You've got it right. The TB line goes to the intake manifold.
The one poking up from the thermostat housing would normally feed the heater for the PCV breather line and then go to the upper radiator housing, but it looks like you don't have that anymore. AEM CAI I'm guessing b/c of the blue coupler.
