has anyone ever tried putting a sidewinder style manifold on a D16??

what do you guys think the result would be...

i think it would be great to spool an SC61 or something on a built D16

 

Ive never built one, so theres your answer...lol. It could be done, and spooltimes would be interesting, but so far, there hasnt been much demand. Somebody going to step up?

 

I was wondering this to? How much for a one time build?

 

i had read in previous threads that the sidewinder was engineered to make the most out of the exhaust gas pulses, thus being more efficient.

i would like to get the sidewinder for my D16Y8 in january when tinker starts taking orders again. School reimbursement, tax money, BOOST!!!! thanx uncle sam for the hope credit! hahaha

what do you guys think is a good material?

i'm thinking 1 1/4in OD schedule 40 316L stainless.
