Default What exactly do you "jump" on this ecu??? Auto P28

I got this info from another thread but no one answered the guys question.. From this diagram I understand that you have to take out those two things but what exactly do you have to jump? Thanks in advance...

if you have an auto take a pic of the area mentioned in the pic of the lower right, I can take a shot of that area of a manual P28, the difference has to be it.
