Default OT: Bought a 2004 Accord

I hit a large deer which did a lot of damage to my 2000 Accord LX and that gave me an excuse to buy a new vehicle. I did a lot of research and footwork most of which was spent on Camrys. Something bothered me though and I just could not throw the switch. I bought a loaded 2004 Ex v6 instead!
I have a Tundra truck and love it and Camry has a 3.3 Lexus engine available, but the interiors are not nearly the quality and as modern as Hondas in my opinion. You either have to settle for a grandma's XLE or a Spartan SE with the 3.3. That is why I looked seriously at Honda and was sold on the EX v6. I think we will be happy with the v6 and the tranny. The standard v6 in the Camry seems to be old technology for the most part and I felt that the Honda handles better than any of the Camrys especially the XLE.

camry is now like a family car, dont get me wrong, is very nice in there, ALOT of room and comfortable seat, but it seem it's kinda cheesy built for some reason, i only got a ride in it once, driven my friend's mom

how about the pricing between the camry and accord?

Default Pricing is complicated.

Camry lets you pick from a list of options more so than Honda. Honda has main packages and that makes it difficult to compare. I felt that I got more value from my EX package, than what I was looking at in Camry. A Camry V6 in the XLE equipped like the Honda I bought would have cost me more. I figured that I came out close to equal in cost even after purchasing the 5 year 60,000 mile extended warranty. You just have to build your package and compare.
I got leather, a great V6, a 5 speed auto tranny, satellite radio, moonroof, seat heaters, dual exhausts, more comfort, newer design, better handling, 105K no tune-up. and more up to date interior with titanium (I think) trim on arm rests. I got the standard SRS and also the side and curtain airbags, also. I thought the handling was great. Not at all as described by some. If you want to be completely removed from the fun of driving, then try the light touch of the XLE. I didn't like it and I liked the smoother Honda tranny.
Just my 2 cents. One thing I would recommend is that all EX Accords be equipped with the day/night mirror with compass.
