Ideal shift RPM on h22?
Here is my torque on the wheels for my stock H22 4G:
Here you can see that you should go all the way to the redline and then shift. At least shifting from 1,2,3 up. Shifting from 4->5 should be probably done a bit sooner.
What do you think?

This is not good for performance.

yeah that may be the peak hp and/or TQ but you wanna rev a little higher and shift at redline to stay in VTEC mode. hell, i shift at redline and still drop out of VTEC in my 1st to 2nd shift. the rest i can stay in. need a V-AFC

So what what if peak rpm is 6800. By implication you're saying that's where you shift - no. You shift at the point such that there is maximum area under the curve, from the rpm where you shift, to the rpm the engine drops to in the next gear. Go read the Smith series of books.

It has something with max torque...but with max torque ON THE WHEELS, which the graph shows. It also shows that you should shift at maximum RPM possible to have max. acceleration.
