damn guys.. i went to bed at 4:30am and had to be at work at 8:30 am. So during that time period my car was broken into, and all my stereo equipment was stolen.

Im really upset with these guys did, but i included pics of before and after..
Hopefully if anyone on the board sees my stuff Please let me know.. Thanks

that sucks, my car got stolen not long ago, didn't even get stripped. they just stole it and burnt it, probably used in a crime. i feel for you.

Yeah that's weird they left the bottle. Where the hell do you park? Looks like they smashed the pass window? I've never seen anyone be that clean! Doesn't look like they broke anything other than the window. Before I bought my car off a friend he had his stereo stolen and they smashed **** just for the hell of it. They didn't take the time to carefully take everything out.
Sucks though! I'm sorry.

man, that sucks. i have been there. hopefully insurance will pay for it, mine only paid $1000 which was nothing

 

yeah, I called my insurance.. hopefully they will cover most of the loss that I have.

THey will cover the window and the body damange that they did.. but Hopefully for the stereo equpiment.

Im not going to get another system.. Most likely im going to put this money towards Turbo.

 

Yeah, I guess I'm a deep sleep. I park like right out side my apartment building.. its a pretty safe spot.. next to my friends' 3000GT which also was broken into as well.. SUCKS

But yeah I have a birds eye view of our cars from my bed room window.. and I EVEN SLEPT WITH THE WINDOW open.. I couldn't belive I didn't hear them.. Argh..

yeah they got a 2 for 1 deal with us.. they took his old pioneer head unit.. his barely working amp, and DVC Punch X2 something.. really good sub.. they owned us both..


im really glad they didnt take my Rims.. and my n2o bottle.

question......i thought preludes were hard to steal. is that correct? i dont hear many preludes getting swooped on but maybe thats just me.

 

man that sucks my friends civic was stolen and stripped when we were visiting houston last spring break i thought the reason preludes don't get stolen/stripped was cuz our parts dont go with many other cars and aren't as abundant like civics/intergras, but that's just what i heard

 

yeah preludes are hard to break into..

first they tried to pry the window open, but didnt succeed.

then they tried to take the door handle off.. but that didnt work either..

then they just gave up.. and broke the window.. and climbed in

 

Thats shitty man...I know how you feel. All they took from my car was the radio. They couldn't get to the amp or the speakers cause I locked the trunk latch

 

when mine was stolen they took it from in front of my friends house. put over 15k into the car and only got paid 4500 from insurance

They hard to steal, unless you change out the ignition. If a person really wants the car, then they will find a way to take it

 

my uncle just had his 03 sl600 benz stolen just out side of his office while he was in there, if they know what they are doing a honda is a 2 minute steal
