Have been ticketed or pulled over for not having front plates?

 

Anyone? Integras?

 

Not me. Then again, we don't need front plates here in Kentucky.

 

You guys are so lucky in the states! I noticed when I was there nobondy needed front plates

When i used to be stupid thinking looks cool with a ricey fake japanese plate.
No ticket because i admitted that i think it looks cool!

 

in my red gsr i would get pulled over all the time, now i have Y2K FBP R and have only been pulled over once in about 7 months w/ out the plate on, so we'll see how much longer till i actually get a ticket, then it goes back on for a while.

 

I'm not vain enough to break the law just so that my car looks cleaner.

 

I've been driving around with the plate off since I got the car 6 weeks ago...

Haven't been pulled over or given a ticket...(knock, knock on wood)

I'm waiting for a grill piece to come in and I plan to attach the plate to that...actually that's a good question for you 'techies' out there.

If I put that grilling in the front opening and then attach my plate to it, will this in any way hamper or degrade the cars performance? (Wondering about decreased airflow through that section??)

May seem like a dumb question. Sorry if it is.

 

I've considered that but then you would affect the radiator and potentially the condenser for the air con (?).
