The car is ugly as crap, but it does have a Supercharger and Turbocharger on the car. Combined they are putting out good amount of boost...20psi (I think). The engine looks cool, but everything else is @#$% up! Just thought I would see what others thought.

 

It has to be one of the UGLIEST tegs i have ever seen. However, under the hood is a different story all together...

If the motor was as impressive as it looks we would see dyno#'s and there would be talk of how great it runs. There are plenty of show cars out that that look impressive but barely run or don't run at all.

yeah i just got my ss abt 3 days ago,i have to say the mag is greatly improving over the past thr years ive been subscribing,but maguiars ruined a itr,they said that when the body kit does go into production the headlight buckets alone will run 10grand,and that spolier belongs on a top fuel dragster,no kidding.The engine is running on stock internal,how it can sustain all that pressure is a mystery,maybe thats why theres no numbers for it?>>>

 

Why did they pick a Type R?? Turbo and sc on a Type R? with stock internals?? Quote: "an HKS F-Con system keeps this high compression beast from nuking itself"
Key words "high compression, and "nuking" shoulda stoped them from doing this to this poor R.

Meguiars allready nuked it with all that ugly crap.
What I dont get is if it is an all show car, why did they spend all that money on a body kit, body work, paint etc.. and didnt paint the engine compartment? Its a half *** badlly built car, and meguiars should be shot for ruining such a fine car.

I agree, the body kit sucks a$$. I couldn't believe that they didn't change the internals...........wonder how long it will last?

 

I want the Advans on it! Thats really the only thing I like about it besides the motor IF it does produce goo power. It SHOULD produce hellasious power if it has both a supercharger and a turbo.

its beyond ugly... one the outside it hardly looks like an integra.. on the inside a full cholo ride, and the color couldnt be worse on the inside or outside. My opinion... someone should blow up that car and relief that type r of its misery

sad to let you know that it is a *real* ITR. I forgot the #, but I did see the # plate when I was taking pix of it

even the headliner has been replaced w/ that alancantara (sp?) stuff like the stock seats.

 

5 lugs, no sunroof, R interior... it's sort of unlikely they'd go thorugh so much trouble to do this to a non-R. I can't believe they molested this R so much

That car is so ugly, but the Advans are nice. Take off the stupid body kit and other outside crap, silly wing, put on a 98R nose and dericeify the interior and it would be a pretty sick car.

 

So it might be fast, or it might not be, so what. Does Ronald McDonald know that his car is on display?


Whomever did this to their Type-R should see if they can get sponsorship from McDonalds. He already stole their trademark of the golden arches!
