Hi, I have a civic 2000 coupe dx. When I roll down the window it would be nice and smooth. But when I try to roll the window up, man it would be so hard and stiff. It would take man power to roll the window up. What do ya guys think the problem is?? And how can this be solve??

Lube the tracks with silicone spray then see if it's any better.

 

how hard to take off the side panels?

by tracks do you mean the rods?

Just roll down the window. Look at the rubber peices that the window slides up and down in. Spray a generous amount of silicone lube spray down in them and hope for the best.
