what did everyone do to get the exhaust systems to match up?

 

I had my shop cut down the small pipe from the end of my Greddy header to the beginning of the cat. They welded on a 3 bolt flange also to match up.

 

is this what everyone does?

 

I just had it straight welded up

 

mines just connected..i do have an DC sport header with accord Cat

 

Some people prefer to chop a bit off the end of the header collector and others prefer to chop a bit off the exhaust that connects to the cat. I prefer taking a bit off the exhaust.

when did you get the greddy header? i remember you had the DC when you had the swap done.

i had my exhaust shortened and this is also a good time to add in a hi flow cat since your chopping up the exhaust anyways.

the dc sport header for your h22 wasn't too long? Hmm tell me which one you got and where you got it because i heard all of the manifolds that you can buy wont hook straight up to a stock cat.
