Default Fuel gauge fluctuations . . .

i have been noticing my fuel gauge fluctuating a lot lately. lets say i take a turn hard or brake hard or accelerate(if u wanna call it that ) the gauge will go down a lot and then after a couple minutes of smooth driving its back to normal. is this normal? is there something wrong with the sensor in my gas tank? thanks in advance.

yea its normal. mine does that too. when youre accelerating hard or turning, the gasoline moves to a different spot (swishes) so the sensor reacts accordingly.

It's something you are going to have to live with in a Civic. Just run off of mileage and not the guage. It happens to all of them.
