Default ITR axle choices

Well its time to replace my axles on my ITR, the passenger side is bent and the drivers side has a huge tear in the boot. I was wondering what was the strongest axle that could fit in my car without going aftermarket(too expensive).

I was thinking JDM ITR axles, Honda CRV axles, Reg Itr axles, or reg integra axles. Which would be best for $?? I will be mainly autoxing and lapping days, not too much drag racing.

Autozone has axles too with a warranty. Unless your car is making serious power, autozone, advanced auto or OEM axles should will suffice.

Advanced Auto (also know as Parts America in my part of the country) is just a large general parts store located throughout the US.
So everyone is basically recomending going to your local parts store for new axles.

Hmm i have a fairly good build on my motor. Skunk2 stage 2 cams, spoon jdm itr pistons, all boltons. Should be near the 190-200 mark.

So teh concesus on rebuilt axles is crap? is it worth it to keep replacing the axles instead of buying new oem honda ones. Overall i am dissapointed in my stock axles so far, want something a bit beefier.

Where can i order jdm itr axles? are they worth it?

I understand OEM ITR driveshaft are good up to 400 hp. Just get a set of new ones.

power has nothing to do with axles, its traction and tq.
you can put a boatl load of power to them, if you dont have bite chances are they wopnt break.

OEMaxles arent worth the money.@$450 a piece or so i was quoted. deff not worthit
