Doing a hydro clutch setup in 89' crx
How hard would it be to do a hydro clutch setup in a crx.. I dont mean a cable to hydro conversion, I mean using an actual clutch master cylinder and all the other stuff to do it.. Do I just mount the clutch master cylinder on the firewall and run hydro lines down to the tranny into the slave cylinder or is there more to it then that..
nope you don't need to do that at all. Just make sure you get the hasport cable-->Hydro conversion and everything should be fairly easy.
I didnt want to do the cable to hydro conversion.. I'd much rather put the entire hydro setup and use it that way..

honestly it's a waste of money and not worth it. Besides you have a better feel with a cable tranny then a hydro. Why do you think most ppl go to cable?

Are you saying you have a better feel with a cable tranny or a better feel with a cable to hydro conversion on a hydro tranny..

well if you have a cable -->hydro conversion then you still have a cable feel. I like the feel of cable since you can get more of a feel for the tranny itself. Hydro tranny is a lot easier to push in put the feel isn't the same
