last week car I parked my car at home, next morning try and start it and it idled ok for 10 minutes then it bounced up and down, so I turned it off and the next morning it wouldn't start. Has no spark so I changed plugs, rotor, and igniter, no luck THE CAR WILL HAVE SPARK when I turn the key and the turbo timer goes on or off ???? when the car was running when I turned the car to acc position it jumped to 2k then returned to normal idle I tried starting the car with the turbo timner unplugged but no luck now I am getting a CEL 12 egr but I heard that 96 gsrs dont have them please help really need to get the car running again. I am running the AEM EMS ecu.

I am stumped dont understand why this car has no spark I think I am going to push the car into traffic.

 

What version of software are you running and are you using the base map?

 

truthfully I am not to knowledgeable on the aem just yet, but th car was finished in august and I would guess it was installed with the most recet softwar at the time of install? we tested for spark and when I turn the key to off and when the turbo timer would kick in and turn off there would be spark so i am

 

I would suggest to take the vehicle to someone who is well versed with the AEM system. Sounds like your turbo timer is messing with it, but not sure.
