Will an OEM Type-r TB fit on a GS-R intake manifold?
Will it bolt right on? If not, how much modification is need. Or will it not fit no matter what i do? Can you guys please confirm for me.

I believe it bolt right on, but the diameter of the TB opening is a bit larger on the ITR, so you may want to port match the GSR manifold and trim the gasket to fit the hole of the TB.
the throttle rotor spins the opposite way on the type r so you cant use the gsr throttle cable bracket or throttle cable.......i have have a brand new type r throttle
cable and throttle cable bracket if you need one.......don't know if the gsr manifold has any place to mount it though

Thanks for the replies; however i am currently using the Skunk2 Intake manifold with an LS B16A style modified throttle cable bracket so does that mean i can use the type-r TB ?? You think it's worth getting a type-r TB and boring it out, my current gs-r TB is bored out though??
