Im stumped! Need some help with my piece!! Crappy idle
Alright...to give everyone an idea of whats going on...I have a 94 Honda Del Sol with a 99 GSR engine.
I recently got a smog ref ticket and in order to make it smog legal he told me to change out the Intake manifold and Throttle Body.
This is where it gets tricky...
I used the top half of the 95 Gsr manifold with the correct purge valve but I used secondarys from the 99 and the bottom half of the manifold from a 99. I had to do this in order to get my IACV to fit.
After putting everything together I have a high idle. After playing around I have it down to about 1100rpms with a very mild surge at times.
I have tried 3 different FITV's, and 2 different IACV's. I have also tried to bypass the FITV.
I thought maybe TPS but wouldn't that throw a code? And voltage is reading good. I even changed the MAP for the hell of it.
When I put the 99 Throttle body back on it idles fine. Leaves me blank.
ANY help would be appreciated, otherwise im about to kick a hole through the door of this car!!
Can it be anything other than the FITV? what are the odds of having 3 bad FITVs? This blows!

BTW: I have done many searches and tried all the things I could find...
plugging the holes in the TB, and disconnecting the IACV. None of it fixes the problem. I don't even feel a suck from the hole of the FITV.
