well i fired up my car today(92 civic b16a) and everything was fine.it was pretty cold out about 30 and kinda rainy,i drove about a mile away from my house heading towards my work...see a yellow light and i was running late so i dropped it to 2nd hit vtec bring it up to 8000,,shifted to third caught a little of vtec and then i was through the light. as i proceeded to put into fourth i get a cel. i got to work and shut it off.then fired it back up and there was no cel, ive had this motor for about 1/2 a year and never had a cel while engaging vtec, could it be a cel for a speed sensor? even though im not getting a cel anymore im curious as to what it was

it saves it in memory

just jump your ecu and it will tell you what the code is (unless u reset your ecu since then)
