What do you recommend, milling the head 30 thousands or throwing some pistons in there.

Pistons. Don't know what you have against VTEC; VTEC heads flow amazing, and even with extremely lumpy cams you can have a car that idles well.

It's not that I have any thing against vtec. Hell! Vtec is the best thing invented since treesomes. It's that everybody says vtec is the only way to go. I say **** that. Why follow the norm. If vtec is so badass then why is there non vetc to begin with. It must be there for a reason, and I'm going to show all of those bandwagon vtecers that a non vtec all motor can whoop there ***.

There was no VTEC to begin with because it wasn't invented yet .

for a true all motor drag racer minus the bomb flow capacity of the head i guess u would be right because u would be launching in vtec and u would never drop out and u would also not have to worry about the extra mass in the head letting u spin even higher but and the big but is most of us live in street car land i do appreciate what your trying to do so here is a nice big fat bump and oh yeah PISTONS if your serious about power get some 12.3 to 1 ibs

I did exactly both .030 mill but with .25 over pistons in my ls/vtec. I love it!

Get pistons.

Don't mill the head cause if something happens to the head....its worthless after that.
