Can you use 00 EX springs on an 00 SI?

Can you use 00 EX springs on an 00 SI?
A friend of mine is putting his SI back to stock to trade it in and i was gonna give him my stock springs out of my 00 ex coupe. I was wondering if they'd work ok on his 00 si coupe?
Also can you interchange catback exhausts for 96+ coupes?

Springs: 
All 92-00 Civic and Integra DC springs are interchangeable... and I think even some Preludes (not sure about that). Different springs on different cars might make the car sit higher or lower though. But, I don't think you'll have a problem with EX springs on a Si.
Catback: 96-00 Civic catbacks are interchangeable. You can't put a Si muffler on a EX pipe at the rear wheel though, you'd have to use the whole catback.
