My JDM B16A idel is bogging, idel would drop and shoot back up and engine would shake very severe. I recently replace the motor mount with Energy Suspension bushing. Would that shake the car like I have describe? I change idel control, but still nothing. I also replace the wire harness because the old one was kind of Mickey Mouse wire up. I swap the ECU with a GSR but no effect. The only thing left is my O2 sensor need to be extend to the header. The question is can the car run w/out O2 sensor. With out it, what is the effect? Any one have experience this problem?

 

 

A lot of people have this problem, and there are different reasons behind it.
Mine was the IAVC.
Take it off, I believe its only 2 10mm from the back of the manifold and take off the 2 coolant lines under it. Clean out the 2 screens you see mine was so dirty.
Try it out.

 

i think its the IAVC..... clean it out.....seen 2 cars with the same prob....

You guys mean the IACV, right? As in...Idle Air Control Valve.
But yeah, like he said...take it out and clean in. It bolts onto the back of the throttle body.

But before you do all that, are you showing any CELs? Check the code. That'll tell you for sure.
But I'm putting my money on the IACV.
