Oil Pan Question?

I'm doing lsvtec and was wondering if any bseries vtec oil pan would work for my b18b block?

if you are not adding the gsr oil pick up and windage tray
you should be fine.
but I suggest to add them.

Thanks for the post can someone add some more information about oil pick up and windage tray. And how it would help my motor out.
