Default Installed new clutch and now there is play and low pressure.....

I have a type R transmission and I just installed a CM stage 4 clutch. Now the clutch pedal has little pressure and there is play for about 1/3 of the way down.
Ive tried bleeding it and that helped a bit.

any ideas?...

theres an adjustment nut on the pedal assembly to get rid of the "slack" in the pedal.

You might want to try bleading it again to make sure that its done right....and like the last guy said you might want to adjust the pedal, their is a lot of adjustment that u can do. If you have no presure at all after that then you might have a different problem. I don't know exactly what cause there are a few things in there that need to be done right !!!

check your connections on the clutch lines and make sure they are not leaking.

you'll lose pressure from anyone of those connections if they are loose or leaking.

if they are tight but leaking try some teflon tape on the threads to seal it better.

Low pressure probably due to some air trapped in the lines or a leak like mentioned above. The free-play has to do with two things if there is no air in the lines. 1. It's normal to have about an inch of freeplay with a new clutch, as the clutch was out, the freeplay begins to get less and less. 2. The clutch disc on the CM is thinner than an oem disc, which requires makes more freeplay in the pedal.
