i have been scammed by someone off a different site. nobody on this site! i was just wondering what can you do after being scammed...anything? i have the guys address and hes not returning emails. need help

 

well go on that site and make a post about it like you did here... if no one can help you, then you can try to take it the authorities...

how did you pay?

 

with money order...and the bad part is that it was bought off of thepartstrader... i know that was stupid

 

get a trace on the money order and try to cancel...could work.

You can only cancel is 30 days AFTER you made it, trust me it happened to me, and even at that you have to pay a small fine and you'll get the money back after 2 weeks. So it'll be 6 weeks before you'll see you money that is if he didnt cash it.

But yea sorry man, watch out.

 

Go and check if the idiot chashed it. Also I think the fbi site has a internet scammer page or something check it out.

 

basiclly all you can do is go to his house or move on with your life
