Default How can you legally drive a real JDM SirII?

This is a hypothetical situation, but lets say I found a company like http://www.batfa.com/ and they had a 1993 Civic SiRII on there and I bought it, and 3-4 months later, its waiting at the Long Beach Pier. Exactly how can I get "my" EG6 and register it in California as a legal automobile?

Not to long ago, someone was selling an EG6 in the classified section here and it was registered in California (of all places).

Dont post if you dont know what youre talking about...Actually, you need to change out all of the glass(windows), use all USDM smog equipment, and other **** that I'm not sure of. One of my buddies has one, fully registered and legal. Theres a guy on the board that has one, his name is RealJDMeg6, hit him up.

I dont know about the windows part (but i could be wrong), but yea you could get it regestered if you could let it pass smog and you should be good. Ive seen a couple running around O.C. It shouldnt be that hard, like legalizing your JDM motor. Good luck.
