del sol s vtec???

hey guys, i just got a jdm d15 vtec motor for my del sol, does anyone know or know where i can get info on wiring it for vtec? i didnt know where to post this so sorry if its in the wrong forum, thanks though i need the help

If you have the SI or VTEC trim line you are already wired for VTEC. Not sure about the S model though.

I think all you need to do is run a wire from the VTEC solenoid to the ECU. Search through the archives on here for a VTEC engine swap; it'll be the same procedure for adding VTEC capability.
