Default How do you raise your idle (idle issues)

Im running a LS-VTEC turbo set up. Im using a clutchmasters 8 lb flywheel with MSD 720cc injectors. All fuel management is controlled via hondata. The car has been through several different tuners (shad of abacus racing in va beach and tony 1 who use to work at Jotech). Noone has been able to make the car idle at all. The last tuner who messed with it was Tony and he said it was due to the flhywheel being so light.

Tony ended up adjusting a screw on the throttle body to let air bybass the butterfly valve at idle. It still does not idle but instead of idling the revs fluctuate up and down from 800-1500. This is starting to get annoyijng. If I set the screw back to stock the car will stall when i push the clutch in.

My question is how do I make my car idle at lets say 1200 or so. Can I physically do it myself, do do I have to take my car somewhere, or can I send someone one of my chips and they can do it for me. It just gets annoying when im at stop lights and the car is fluctuating between 800-1500 constantly (especially since im running open DP) Thanks guys any help will be appreciated

Try adjusting the cable a little bit...tighten it up...and adjust the screw on the throttle body accordingly..

just turn the idle screw out 'til your satisfied with the idle or see if you can unplug a sensor that you dont need from the intake manifold to get some extra air in.If it idles up and dowm, you may have to adjust the tps...And sometimes,my idle will want to die when i have the revs up high for a while then all of a sudden i press in the clutch....might be cuz of my aluminum flywheel too.Do you have any check engine codes???

No check engine lights at all. Just the car once warmed up constantly jumps up and down. Where is the TPS sensor located and how do I adjust it. Thanks for your help.
