What to do for water in the head?
Damn, I am sooooo stupid! I pulled my valve cover because it was leaking. Well, Honda doesn't stock it, so I will be getting the gasket on Friday. Since I wasn't going to be able to change it till then, I left the cover off so I could repaint it, make it look nice again. Well, I f*cking rained last night. I have an open hood scoop, kinda like a Mugen, and water just filled up the holes where the spark plugs go, and there was some in the head. I sucked out all the water I could see, but could it have gotten down into the block? If so what is my only recourse? Break down and rebuild? I had plastic covering it, but somehow it leaked by.

vacuum out the head and let it air dry. check the dipstick to look for evidence of water in the sump. if you see "bubbles" of water, drain and flush the oil system then pour fresh oil in and replace the filter.

Hopefully your spark plugs were in there, so no water should have gotten or should be able to get into the combustion chamber at all. After you get it back together you'll probably have funky exhaust smoke. You should change your oil and filter after a few miles of driving.
