how do you tell if your tranny has a lsd. what type of tranny fluid would you use.

 

SEARCh and if this is the stock tranny for the b16a you don't have LSD unless its aftermarket

there were plenty of b16a's that had a lsd stock, at least the jdm ones like mine

 

is there special LSD tranny fluid? like for my JDM b18c?

 

i use Honda Automatic Tranny fluid for my Gsr tranny with Quaife. it lubs better and transfers heat a lot better than regular oil. and to tell if it's got an LSD, look in the axle holes and if you can see right through it, then it's got an LSD. if you can't or there is a shaft or something in the center of it, then it's an open differential tranny.
