Default Pro cars and what shocks ?

I was wondering what type of rear shocks are the pros using on there tube chassis cars. Im interested in some QA1 coilovers. I have checked them out and it seems the Proma Star AL is the one I like due to the fact it has 12 settings on it, but there are different lenghts and I'm not sure what size I guess you can say.
