I've had a code 45 on my 01 integra for some time now.....
I was thinking it was bad plugs, wires, distributor component, or injectors.....
BUT, is it possible it's from my 2ndary o2 sensor? I mean, I've wrapped it in foil and zip tied it under the car to keep from throwing a code..... But the code always comes back.....

Code 45 has nothing to do with the secondary o2 sensor. It's usually caused by a bad primary o2.
