Default 4th gen foglights...

does anyone know if there would be a problem with putting '92 foglights onto a '94 prelude? i know that they both have different locations for the switch so i'd have to but a different switch for my '94. but does anyone know if the sub-harness and relay would plug up the same way. thank you in advance...

The problem you'll have is FINDING a switch for the 94, they don't make them anymore, and no one has them......If you find a switch for the 94, let me know, I'll take two. I know another guy local to me that is looking for one as well.

Talking about 4th gen foglights....
I have some in mine but they blew both of the bulbs within 2 weeks.... I don't know if there is something wrong with them I'm pretty sure I got the right bulb.

Do you guys know what kind of bulb it is? I think is a H3 or H4...
And I want to buy some bulbs again but I'm afraid they will fry them again.
Any suggestions? What brand to get or anything?

Bulb size is H3...H4 is for JDM headlights...all the 4G fogs are the same...however, the Amber ones OWN!! they look so sweet...as far as switches, i would just run to one of those cool looking ignited flight switches...

Did you guys just plug the fogs into the harnesses by the bumper lights and just plug the switch in for them to work? Is there anything else needed?

about finding the switch itself...i thought i read somewhere that people were using civic foglight switches from either the last two models and it worked. i'm not sure though....i just read it somewhere...if anyone can tell me if this would work...that would help out....my main concern is if the sub-harness and relay can be removed from the '92 prelude that i'm buying the lights from and plugged into my '94 prelude. thanks for the response guys....

Don't know if you have read my instant message but if you definately want a 94-96 Foglight switch:

http://www.hondaautomotivepart...ERIOR

Looks to be about 30 and probably less than 5 dollars to ship. The switch I have is for a 92-93. Unfortuately I don't have the tweeter cover or else I know I could make some money off of it.

Riptide that's the problem i can't order it from them because fog lights are an accessory. They discontinue accessories. I have tried ordering one from them and they don't have any.
