if that is the same Mastro subaru as the one in tampa that car has probly been beat on hard,that dealership has its own little rice\performance shop.that place sells all these WRX's with the WRC sticker package

its possible there are plastic "chocks" between the spring coils, they raise it up and put those in for train/carrier traveling; so the shocks dont get damaged. my .02

The customer who traded in the car had coilover suspension that he took off and put the stock springs back on. They claim the suspension just needs to settle. Other than that the car is in real nice shape, it is #229 and has no dings or scratches. If you are local then I suggest that you come by and take a look.
