F/S Integra Type R World Challenge Spec Rolling Chassis
For Sale World Challenge Spec Integra Type R Rolling Chassis. This is a 1998 Integra Type R. The car was a theft recovery.
The 5 lug suspension and brakes were replaced with all New OEM Honda parts. This means it has New Hubs, Bearings, Trailing Arms, Control Arms, Brake Calipers, Brake Lines, Brake Pads, and Brake Disks. Comptech Extended wheel studs are on the hubs as well.
The car has a completely Stock Suspension on it with lots of new parts. I have a Complete Energy Suspension Urethane bushing kit that has not been installed yet. The car will come with White Axis Lenso wheels with burned up Toyo T1S tires. We have also added a Full 8 point cage which goes all the way to the front towers. The Cage was copied from our World Challenge Touring Car, which used to be the DC Sports car.
The main wiring harnesses in the car is ready to have ECU and engine harness attached. The ABS system has been completely removed and all new Standard power Assist parts have been installed. It still retains the type R master cylinder and brake booster. The Power steering has been completely removed and a manual civic rack and components have been utilized for the conversion.
All this is a clone of our World Challenge Car. Inside the car we have removed everything from the dash and relocated the steering column for Ideal location for the new seat position. We have also welded in new seat mounts to the floor to attach a side mount racing seat like a Recaro or Sparco. We have a Brand New Sparco Touring Seat Available.
The Body is in excellent condition with the exception of a scrape on the rear bumper and a New OEM Type R Bumper that is unpainted. The tail lights on the car are brand new 2001 spec. The car has a Custom Tubular front bumper support for racing which the whole front of your car and a Custom radiator shroud to funnel air only to the radiator.
We have installed a brand new OEM gas tank in the car to insure it would not be contaminated and destroy one of our 12K Comptech motors. There is a new high flow Walbro fuel pump installed as well. As you can see be simply putting a Drivetrain, coilovers, and brakes you can have a very nice Race Car. This car was our back up car for our World Challenge Touring Car. We never had to use it fortunately. The car has never been tracked or wrecked, it is super clean California car. We are selling all of are parts and cars that are Type R related since we are building New Acura TSX’s for next year.
We also have a Complete Comptech USA World Challenge Spec Drivetrain for a additional $8500. 230HP to wheels 98 JDM Spec Transmission, Way to many parts Inside to list.
