Largest Wheel & Tire width on EF 88 Civic Hatch?
NOOO! largest wheel width....for autox....i'm going with 15"...the 14" are only 5.5" wide....therefore.....15" CE28N's go up to 7" i'm wondering if that'll fit without rubbing. and tire width..205's i'm assuming...but i want to find out first....or should i pick up the 6.5" with 205's

Depends on the class you're in, how competitive you are and if this is a dedicated set of rims or a dual purpose set.
Street Mod/Street Prepared has no limitations for diameter or width, its whatever fits and works for you. And "fits" just means it bolts to the car, not inside the fenders. For instance the hard core SM Civics like 15x8.5 with 225-45-15's. But that is rolling fenders, accepting that they stick out some and only using them for autox. SP cars have limited hp mods so they are trying to make up for that by shortening their gearing and use 13x8.5" with 225-45-13's
STS you get a maximum of 7.5" of width. Typically though the STS Civics like 15x7 with 205-50-15's. This is a better street/autox setup. Shouldn't rub with the right offset (somewhere around 38-40)
