Default Will 4th gen Vtec radiator fit into an Si?

Does anyone know if that is possible and still retain the fan mounting location? Vtec core 13-3/4 x 26-5/16 x 5/16
Si core 14-3/4 x 27-9/16 x 11/16

i dont know for certain, but my guess is yes, i am prety sure the aftermarket aluminum radiators they make for the 4th gens are all the same, so i dont see why a VTEC radiator wouldn't work.... plus, i mean, they ARE the same chasis and all

Actually, you are incoreect. The S model has a different radiator than the Si and VTEC. Si and VTEC share the same radiators. The S model has the same radiator as the Accord.

Hope this helps.

I was gonna buy an 2 core all metal upgrade radiator to replace my current cracked radiator (at the plastic end tank..why not buy oem you ask?? This will be my third replacement who has the same crack line) so anyways, got the order down from radiatorexpress.com and then the tech call me back saying the core are different size. I also check with many other radiator site and sure enough they are different size for the Vtec and Si but I pretty sure I can make them fit. I just need to know if the fan bolt up??

JZ - You didn't have any fitment issue with the 2 cored accord radiator?

I think the tech might be confusing the different sizes...In their computer, it's probably quoting the S dimensions as the Si...I've seen it happen before...Personally, I'd check a couple of other places first

No.. I have measure my core and its right. The tech did mention that they misprinted on their site.

JZ - What bracket did you said you have to rig up? Shouldn't the accord radiator be shorter since it have the same core size as the Vtec?
