Default dimmer switch in dash... how to relocate to usdm armrest console?

I'd like to relocate my dimmer switch.

What oem dimmer (from another honda) would work/ control it and fit in one of the dead plugs on my usdm armrest console?

All you have to do it goto radioshack and ask to look at their "Potentiometers" Thats all that little **** is. All you have to do it run the wires from the dash through where your shifter is under the carpet and you know the rest....

And they have a wide variety of small ones. Let me know how it turns out. If you have any more questions let me know, I have done this before in my old car.

I allways have mine turn to the lowest setting and very rarely turn it brighter, I like the dark interior.

As for the switch being relocated it should be rather simple- extend the wires to a new switch that was mentioned before nad mount where you want.

I want to replace mine with a "Start" button.

I leave mine on the lowest setting too... The wiring's easy; not a big deal to me. I would just like to relocate it to the center console and use OEM honda dimmer switch. If there's another dimmer (like out of a prelude or different gen integra, etc) that'll work perfect and plug right in, that'd be great.
