Those HID bulbs come in 2 different types -- D2R & D2S . Which one will be more suitable for Accord?

 

There isn't that much of a difference. They have slightly different light temperature (not as in heat, but as in the color of the light)...i mean, one is barely a little closer to the sun than the other...also one has a strip on it to keep light from going in a certain direction (but it doesn't help anyway). I think you can use either

 

D2R -- reflective lenses, D2S -- projector ...as far as I know, the newer model Accords use projector headlights, thus would use the D2S.

 

I thought the new model Accord uses reflective headlights... ?

I think you are right Integ_GrL. D2S is what I use for my H.I.D.'s in my Integra. D2R are for the other type.
By the way, I love your car, very nice looking.
