Tach isn't working. Any idea's?

Tach isn't working. Any idea's?

Just swapped a usdm b18c5 into my 93 Del Sol Si. Everything works fine except the tach in my cluster. Vtec enguages, speedo works, but tach dosn't. I have a chipped p28 and i'm not throwing any codes. Any help is appreciated.

Did it work before?
Also Get a multi-meter and test the wires in the cluster and the ones in the engine bay.
