throttle cable?

Default throttle cable?

ok guys with ur new b16 motor.. i have a 90 si hb civic can i use my stock throttle cable with some mods or co i have to replace them with some toher throttle cable..let me know thanks

You'll be fine with the stock throttle cable.

Yes they do, but make sure the bracket will work for you before buying it. The bracket moves the mounting point over to the tb more, which in some cases you actually have to move it the other way a little.

Some people don't have problems with it, some do, so that not 100% true.

That's news to me. In what instances are the cables not long enough? Are the 88-89's different from the 90-91's? I dunno.

I have ran into this problem with few 90-91's, some needed to be moved towards the driver side fender and some needed to be moved the other way. Maybe the cars were in accidents before.

I used a 90 Teg cable and bracket. Works great! From what I can recall the HF and the Si cable were the same length, and at first I had a homemade bracket to hold the HF cable and it was just too cheesy.

Place Racing also makes one that works very well. You can even make your own its not that hard, we made one for a 95 coupe. Good luck
